Why use the Signitic integration with Positive User
Not every campaign is meant for the same contacts. Positive User, part of the Positive group alongside Signitic, lets you use prospecting lists to select relevant external recipients. You connect your contact knowledge to the messages displayed in email signatures.
Benefits:
- Target your prospecting lists: Show campaigns to external recipients who belong to contact lists imported from Positive User.
- Keep your segments organized: Retain your segment names in Signitic and enable contact imports to use those lists for targeting.
How the Signitic integration with Positive User works
Positive User segments become contact lists in Signitic. Once contact imports are enabled, these lists target external campaign recipients. Later syncs reflect segment changes. Company lists are not supported.
Segment names remain recognisable in Signitic, making lists easier to select for targeting. Importing contacts matters: it makes the people in a segment available, rather than only displaying the list name.
How to activate it
You need administrator access to your Signitic workspace, a Positive User domain, a valid API key and existing segments. Only user segments are supported, not company lists.
- Add Positive User from the Signitic connectors.
- Enter your Positive User domain and API key, then confirm the connection.
- Enable contact imports and use the lists to target your campaigns.

Prospecting lists and Signitic users: what is the difference?
Positive User lists represent the external contacts you email. Signitic users are the employees whose signatures you manage. This connection between two Positive group tools adapts campaigns to recipients using your prospecting segments.
Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organization.
Practical example 1: You have a segment of prospects interested in an offer. Import its contacts into Signitic and use that list to target a campaign at those recipients.
Practical example 2: You change the segment in Positive User. The next sync reflects the changes and removes obsolete contacts. If contact imports are disabled, seeing the list name does not mean its contents are available.
