How the Signitic integration with Sellsy works
The connection uses personal Sellsy API access with delegation. Signitic can then update active users’ signatures. You can force a refresh from Signitic or wait for the update within 24 hours.
How to activate it
Personal API access with delegation is required. Save the Client Secret when it is created: it cannot be viewed again afterwards.
- In the Sellsy developer area, create personal API access linked to a staff member, with delegated access enabled.
- Grant emails.settings and staff.read, then copy the Client ID and Client Secret into the Signitic Sellsy connector.
- Connect Sellsy, check that users are active and enable signature updates.

Managing signatures and using them in Sellsy: what is the difference?
Signitic is where you prepare signature content and design. Sellsy remains the tool your teams use to communicate with contacts. The connector brings these activities together: a prepared signature needs to be linked to the right users, with updates enabled, to be applied in the CRM.
Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organization.
Practical example 1: Prepare the rollout with your Sellsy administrator. They create a Personal API access with delegation and emails.settings and staff.read permissions, then you configure the connector in Signitic.
Practical example 2: Your new signature is ready. Check active users, enable Sellsy signature updates and force a sync, or wait for the update within 24 hours.
