How the Signitic integration with Yellowbox works
A dedicated user account connects YellowBox CRM to Signitic. Signatures are then updated for the relevant active users. After making a change, you can force a sync from Signitic or wait 24 hours.
How to activate it
The connection requires your YellowBox CRM domain and the dedicated user’s credentials. Users receiving signatures must be active in Signitic.
- Create a dedicated YellowBox CRM account with the User role; access can be restricted to Webservice.
- Add the connector in Signitic and enter the HTTPS URL, username and password.
- Enable signature updates, check the users and run a sync.

Managing signatures and using them in Yellowbox: what is the difference?
Signitic is where you prepare signature content and design. Yellowbox remains the tool your teams use to communicate with contacts. The connector brings these activities together: a prepared signature needs to be linked to the right users, with updates enabled, to be applied in the CRM.
Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organization.
Practical example 1: Set up the connection with a dedicated YellowBox account, whose access can be restricted to Webservice. Then enable updates for the relevant Signitic users.
Practical example 2: Your company contact details change. Update signatures in Signitic, then force the YellowBox sync or wait for the update within 24 hours.
