Which banner performed best this quarter? Who still needs an up-to-date signature? Is your November campaign scheduled correctly? The answers are already in your Signitic workspace. With UMA, you can simply ask in natural language, just as you would ask a colleague.
Questions you already ask
When you manage a company’s email signatures, the same questions come up regularly. Before a marketing meeting, you want to know which campaign delivered results. Before launching a new banner, you check that everyone is ready. And when a colleague asks how to do something, you need to find the right help page.
All these answers are available in Signitic. UMA gives you a new way to access them: write your question, and UMA answers using data from your workspace—users, groups, campaigns, and analytics—and the Signitic help center.
Several times a week, UMA saves you the few minutes between asking a question and finding the answer.
5 everyday uses
1. Find out which campaign works
You have three banners running and need to decide where to focus. Ask UMA which one generated the most clicks, and you will know which campaign to continue.
“Which campaign performed best this quarter?”
2. Keep signatures up to date
A new sales representative without a signature, a changed job title, or a missing photo: these details eventually appear in emails sent to customers. UMA helps you spot them first.
“Who does not have an active signature yet?”
3. Check your banner schedule
A holiday banner still running in February or two campaigns overlapping for the same group: UMA identifies scheduling errors and suggests a correction. You decide whether to apply it.
“Are my December campaigns scheduled correctly?”
4. Prepare the message for your next campaign
You know what you want to announce but not how to say it in one line. Describe your goal and UMA suggests copy for your banner, giving you a starting point instead of a blank page.
“Suggest three headlines for a banner announcing our November 12 webinar.”
5. Find the right answer in the help center
How do you add a group, target a banner to one department, or configure a setting? UMA also uses the Signitic help center and directs you to the right page.
“How do I show a banner only to the sales team?”
What UMA does not do
UMA reviews and advises. It does not change anything. You remain in control of your signatures, banners, and settings, just as before.
- No changes: UMA does not create campaigns, change signatures, or edit settings. When it suggests a correction, you apply it.
- Limited to your workspace: answers use only the data in your Signitic workspace and the help center.
- Based on each person’s permissions: through UMA, users only see what they are already allowed to see in Signitic.
Activate UMA in your workspace
UMA is available to all Signitic customers. A workspace administrator activates it for the organization.
- Open your Signitic workspace settings.
- Activate UMA and accept the accompanying terms of use.
- Ask your first question.
For contractual reasons, you must activate UMA yourself; our teams cannot activate it for you. If you have a question, our support team is ready to help.
