Why use the Signitic integration with LumApps
Your employees’ information already exists in LumApps. Reusing it in Signitic reduces duplicate entry and makes your directory easier to manage. Signatures draw on your organisation’s data, using the fields and import options you configure.

How the Signitic integration with LumApps works
LumApps provides Signitic with users and directory data. The connection uses your instance identifiers and the administrator access described in the guide. Imported information can then be reused in email signatures.
How to activate it
Setup requires the two instance identifiers, the email and password of a temporary external administrator with global admin rights, and a JWT token.
- Retrieve your LumApps instance identifiers: Haussman cell and organizationId.
- Prepare a temporary external administrator and the JWT token by following the guide.
- Enter the five required details in the Signitic LumApps connector, then connect.

Importing from LumApps and deploying signatures: what is the difference?
The LumApps connection acts as a data source, supplying employee profiles to Signitic. Deploying signatures to an email application is a separate step that depends on your email environment. You can therefore prepare your directory and templates before arranging the rollout.
Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organisation.
Practical example 1: Your employee directory is available in LumApps. After preparing the required administrator access, use it to populate Signitic instead of recreating profiles one by one.
Practical example 2: The communications team builds a shared template from imported information. LumApps supplies the data; email signature deployment is then arranged with the appropriate email connector.
