Why use the Signitic integration with Pipedrive

Sales and support teams email customers directly from their CRM. With Signitic, those messages carry the same identity as the rest of your communications. You manage signatures centrally while your teams continue working in Pipedrive.

How the Signitic integration with Pipedrive works

Synchronisation uses each user’s personal API key saved in their Signitic profile. Their email address must match Pipedrive. The signature appears in a synced Pipedrive mailbox containing at least one email.

Individual matching is essential: the key entered during connection does not replace each user’s key in their profile. Check the accounts individually for rollout, then manage signature content from Signitic.

How to activate it

Email addresses must match across both tools. The mailbox must be synced in Pipedrive and contain at least one email for the signature to appear.

Retrieve your personal API token from Pipedrive preferences.
Add Pipedrive in Signitic, enter the key and enable signature updates.
Then add each user’s personal API key to their Signitic profile and sync.

Managing signatures and using them in Pipedrive: what is the difference?

Signitic is where you prepare signature content and design. Pipedrive remains the tool your teams use to communicate with contacts. The connector brings these activities together: a prepared signature needs to be linked to the right users, with updates enabled, to be applied in the CRM.

Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organisation.

Practical example 1: You are setting up five salespeople. After connecting Pipedrive, add each person’s API key to their Signitic profile: one key does not replace individual matching.

Practical example 2: The connection is configured but the signature is missing. Check matching email addresses, Pipedrive mailbox synchronisation and the presence of at least one message in that mailbox.
