How the Signitic integration with Eurecia works
The connector uses an Eurécia API token to import active employees, including details such as names, email addresses, roles and departments. You can adjust how HR data maps to Signitic fields to build the signatures you need.
The connection focuses on active Eurécia employees. After import, field mapping places information correctly in Signitic, helping you prepare signatures that show each person’s role and department.
How to activate it
The Eurécia API must be enabled and the token valid. Only active Eurécia employees are imported.
- Generate an API token in Eurécia.
- Add Eurécia from the Signitic connectors and paste the token.
- Check imported users and adjust field mapping if needed.

Importing from Eurecia and deploying signatures: what is the difference?
The Eurecia connection acts as a data source, supplying employee profiles to Signitic. Deploying signatures to an email application is a separate step that depends on your email environment. You can therefore prepare your directory and templates before arranging the rollout.
Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organisation.
Practical example 1: You want to prepare signatures for active employees. Connect Eurécia with your API token, then check the names, emails, job titles and departments imported into Signitic.
Practical example 2: You want the department below the job title in signatures. Adjust imported field mappings and prepare the template before deploying signatures to your email environment.
