Connect your Odoo environment to Signitic to deploy your employees' signatures, update their content, and manage multiple databases from a single space.
What is Odoo?
Odoo is a suite of business management applications, including CRM, sales, accounting, e-commerce, inventory, and project management. These applications work together to centralize your teams' activities and data.
The Signitic connector allows you to send your email signatures to Odoo for use in communications that include user signatures.
What you can do with the connector
Deploy your signatures in Odoo
Create your signatures in Signitic and deploy them directly into your Odoo users' signature fields. The connector transmits the HTML signature generated by Signitic, including its content and formatting.
Include your marketing content
Your signatures can include your logo, employee contact details, links, social media icons, call-to-action buttons, and campaign banners. These elements are managed in Signitic and integrated into the signature deployed in Odoo.
Update existing signatures
After making a change in Signitic, deploy the new version to the associated Odoo users. The sent signature replaces the one currently in their Odoo signature field.
Automatically associate your users
Signitic identifies matches based on the Odoo user's email address and the primary or secondary addresses known in Signitic. Only users already present in your Signitic space can be associated.
Connect multiple instances or databases
You can link multiple Odoo environments to a single Signitic space. Each combination of URL and database is managed independently.
How do I connect Odoo to Signitic?
- In Signitic, open Settings → Connectors and add Odoo.
- Enter the HTTPS URL of your instance, your database name, and your API key. For Odoo 16 to 18, also enter your Odoo ID.
- Start the synchronization to link your users, then deploy their signatures.
Compatibility and requirements
The connector supports Odoo 16, 17, 18, and 19+. It is available starting from Signitic v6.6.0, with the Premium destination connectorsoption.
Odoo is a destination for your signatures: the connector does not create users in Signitic and does not import their profile data.
