PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The purpose of sponsorship treatment is to collect and use the personal data of persons (sponsors) and prospects (referrals) as part of a commercial prospecting operation by recommendation, with the attribution of financial or commercial advantages.
Purposes
For sponsors:
- Present the sponsorship offer by email, collect and analyze behavior for statistical purposes, to carry out reminders.
- Sponsorship application management
- Identification of the sponsor and the link with the sponsor
- Monitoring the progress of sponsorships (e.g. pending, converted, expired)
- Verification of eligibility for the gain
- Sending gifts/rewards
- Accounting and fiscal management
- Referral Program Communications
- Conducting a competition, selecting winners, informing the results, awarding prizes
- With consent, communicate (exclusive offers, news from Positive Group Lyon, from its parent company Groupe Positive, as well as from its subsidiaries, by email), collect and analyze behavior for statistical purposes, to carry out reminders.

Legal basis
The persons concerned (sponsors) enter their personal data themselves as well as those of their referrals. Using dedicated check boxes, sponsors can choose to participate in the competition. Positive Group Lyon uses the data collected in the context of its legitimate interest.

- Personal or professional identification data (Name, first name, email address, company, etc.)

All personal data is collected from users via the publicly accessible registration form.
Mandatory nature of data collection
The form provides for the mandatory collection of data categories allowing the identification of both the sponsor and the sponsor (name, first name) but also those allowing them to be contacted (email addresses and referral agreement) or the acceptance of the terms of the referral program.

- The data collected for the sponsorship is kept for a maximum of 90 days after the offer has been presented to the sponsor, and is then deleted
- The data collected for the organization of the competition is kept for the time necessary to manage the game, until confirmed receipt of the prizes.
