Emails sent from Odoo are also part of your communication. Until now, however, their signatures had to be managed separately, requiring manual updates for every employee.
You can now deploy your Signitic signatures directly into Odoo. Create and manage your signatures in Signitic, then deploy them to the associated Odoo users. Launching a new campaign or changing contact details? Update your signatures in Signitic and push the latest version to Odoo.
This keeps your signatures consistent and up to date, without needing your teams to change them themselves.
How it works:
- Open Settings → Connectors in Signitic and connect your Odoo instance.
- Signitic matches your Odoo users with existing users in your workspace using their email addresses.
- Deploy your signatures: Signitic sends them directly to the signature field of the associated Odoo users.
Please note: users must already exist in Signitic. The connector does not create new users or import their profile data from Odoo.
