How the Signitic integration with Zoho Mail works

The connector links Zoho to Signitic to retrieve directory information and update signatures. In Zoho Mail, you can find available signatures and choose one when composing. You may need to select the Signitic signature after connecting.

How to activate it

The selected server must match your Zoho environment. If it is not listed, contact Signitic support.

Add Zoho from the Signitic connectors and select your server.
Sign in to Zoho and accept permissions.
Check your Zoho Mail signatures and select the Signitic signature if needed.

The directory supplies information for profiles in Signitic. Zoho Mail is the email application where employees use signatures. The connection covers both needs, but data imports and the signature selected when composing still require separate checks.
