Article 2: Conditions of participation
This free game with no obligation to purchase is open to any natural person of legal age who is a Sponsor within the meaning of the conditions of SIGNITIC Referral Program, with the exception of members of the Organizing Company, members of companies belonging to the same group of companies as the Organizing Company and their families in direct line.

Article 3: Terms of participation
During the Game Period, Sponsors (hereinafter “Player (s)”) must follow the following steps:
- Have sponsored at least one Referral who has actually subscribed to the services of the Organizing Company during the Game Period;
- That the company represented by the Sponsor is up to date with its contractual and financial obligations towards the Organizing Company on the date of the draw.
No additional steps are required. Participation in the competition is automatic as soon as the conditions set out above are met.
Participation in the competition is strictly nominative and personal. The same person can only participate in the draw once, regardless of the number of sponsorships made during the Game Period.
Article 4: Designation of the winners
At the end of the Game Period, the Organizing Company will hold a draw among the Players who are regularly registered and have respected the registration and participation conditions set out in articles 2 and 3. The Player drawn at random will be designated the winner (hereinafter the “Winner”).
The Winner will be contacted by email at the address provided when registering for the Referral Program by a member of the Organizing Company no later than July 30, 2026. The Winner who does not respond within 30 calendar days of making contact will be deemed to have abandoned the contact and the prize will be awarded to a new winner, who will be contacted under the same conditions, following a new draw.
Before handing over the prize, the Organizing Company will carry out the necessary checks to ensure that the Winner meets all the conditions of participation. In case of non-compliance with the conditions, the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
Article 5: Lot
The Winner will receive, as a prize, a Ulysse travel gift card (https://ulysse.com/gift) with a face value of eight hundred euros (800€) allowing the purchase of plane tickets.
The prize is non-transferable and the Winner is informed that the sale or exchange of the prize is prohibited.
The delivery of the lot will be done by email. Therefore, the participant is responsible for the accuracy of the email address he entered in order for his prize to reach him. The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for sending the prize to an inaccurate email address due to errors, whether negligent or not, by the participant.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the prize won by a lot of the same value and similar characteristics in the event of force majeure or out of stock, without this giving rise to any claim.
Article 6: Personal data
The information collected containing personal data is intended for the Organizing Company, in its capacity as Data Controller. However, the data may be communicated to service providers and subcontractors whom the Organizing Company may use for the purposes of organizing and managing the competition.
In parallel, the Organizing Company sets up the technical means necessary to keep the data related to participation in the competition, in conditions of security and reliability required by the applicable regulations.
It is understood that in application of law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms as amended, the participant has the right to oppose, access, rectify and withdraw personal data concerning him. To exercise this right, the participant must send his request in writing to: POSITIVE GROUP LYON, 3 Avenue Antoine Pinay, Parc d'Activites des 4 Vents, 59510 Hem or by email: dpo@signitic.com
Insofar as the data collected concerning the participants is essential for the award of the prize, the participant is informed that the refusal to share this data or the exercise of his right to withdraw consent or to delete the data before handing over the prize makes it impossible or to award his prize. Personal data is kept for the time necessary to manage the competition and deleted after confirmed receipt of the prize by the Winner.
Article 7: Refund
The connection costs incurred by the participants in the context of the game are reimbursed upon simple request by post. However, it is understood that any free or unlimited flat rate connection (in particular cable, ADSL, fiber or specialized connection) cannot be subject to any refund, since participation in the game does not incur any additional costs.
Article 8: Availability of payment
The full rules can be viewed and printed at any time from This link.
The participant can also obtain the payment by sending a request by email to the following address hello@signitic.com.
Article 9: Responsibility
Participation in the game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misuse and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the Internet network.
The Organizing Company will make its best efforts to allow access to the game to the Referral Program at any time, without being under any obligation to do so. Its access may, in particular for technical reasons, updates or maintenance, be interrupted. The Organizing Company will in no way be responsible for these interruptions and their consequences.
In addition, the Organizing Company can in no way be held responsible in the event of delivery problems or loss of email (in particular with regard to the delivery of the lot). The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for the malfunctioning of the Internet network. Finally, the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for all incidents that may occur during the use and enjoyment of the awarded prize.
