How the Signitic integration with Teamtailor works
Signitic matches Teamtailor profiles to users in your workspace using email addresses. Matched, active users can receive signatures. A manual sync applies a new version without waiting for the next scheduled synchronisation.
The EU or NA region must match your Teamtailor account. Once profiles are matched, check which users can receive signatures and run a sync or wait for the next one.
How to activate it
Teamtailor administrator access is required. The region and email addresses must match your environment.
- Create a Teamtailor API key with Admin read/write access.
- Add Teamtailor in Signitic, enter the key and select the EU or NA region.
- Check matched users, enable signature updates and run a sync.

Connecting Teamtailor and matching recruiters: what is the difference?
The API key authorises the connection to your Teamtailor environment. Email matching then identifies the employees who can receive signatures. Both conditions matter: after connecting successfully, check matched profiles and enable signature updates.
Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organisation.
Practical example 1: You standardise recruiter presentation before a hiring campaign. Check the email matches between Teamtailor and Signitic, then enable signatures for the relevant profiles.
Practical example 2: A recruiter uses a different address in Teamtailor. Check whether it is listed as a primary or secondary address on their Signitic profile so the correct user can be matched.
