The challenges that Signitic helped to answer

• Signitic allowed us to standardize the email signatures of all our employees by deploying a harmonized signature accompanied by a communication banner. This standardization guarantees a consistent and professional brand image on all emails sent, whether from Outlook on a PC or smartphone.
• The tool also facilitated the management of internal and external communication campaigns thanks to the banners integrated into the signatures. This allows us to deliver strategic messages in a fluid and consistent manner, while maximizing their visibility without additional effort on the part of employees.

The best campaign carried out by Technord is a banner that highlights their website, allowing all employees to share it. This banner, with an integrated UTM link, redirects users directly to the site's home page, making it easy to access all important information. Its particularity lies in the fact that it is a continuous campaign, with no specific end date, guaranteeing constant visibility and lasting commitment. With 729 clicks generated to date, this campaign has demonstrated its effectiveness and ability to maintain continuous interaction with the target audience, while strengthening Technord's online presence.

In six months and after sending 2 million emails, Technord launched six centralized communication campaigns, collecting 6,721 clicks divided between signatures and campaigns. This result shows the effectiveness of the strategy put in place.
