About

Oxalide is a hosting company specialized in the cloud, created in 2000. Its approach and its offer quickly met with success, and the brand is gaining notoriety.

In full development, as of 2015, Signitic has made it possible to standardize teams' email signatures and to establish a qualitative and homogeneous brand image in email exchanges with all their professional contacts.

Then the brand image evolved as a result of the merger with Claranet.

Challenges

  • In 2016, Oxalide changed its logo. New brand block and color change: the dominant cloud company is changing to sky blue. Then in 2017, Oxalide joined the Claranet group (1800 users), which is highly developed in Europe.
  • The coming together of business teams marks a return to the red, for more unity. Then in early 2018, the two logos were associated with each other in signatures.

  • Finally, Claranet became the reference brand for all units.

Solution

  • A transparent operation for users
Divided between Outlook PC and Outlook Mac email clients, the various teams saw their signatures update automatically as identity changes.
  • And strategic support for general management
Far from being a concern and an additional task for communication teams and management, successive identity changes were facilitated and deployed automatically by Signitic. A centralized and powerful support tool at the service of the sea's development strategy
