EQS Group AG is a leading global provider of cloud compliance and investor relations software.
The company develops software solutions, such as EQS COCKPIT, that help businesses comply with regulatory requirements and optimize their work processes.

Founded in Munich in 2000, the EQS Group now has more than 550 employees spread over more than 13 offices located in the main financial centers of the world.

The challenge

Before using Signitic, the EQS group was already using electronic signature management software.
However, this software did not allow marketing campaigns to be launched and its functionalities were rather limited.

“Our needs were becoming more and more complex due to our multiple locations and our different commercial orientations. The existing solution did not meet our needs.”

“We wanted to be able to display marketing banners and not just manage our signatures centrally,” explains Anna Rössler, Team Lead Content Marketing at EQS Group.

The solution

The EQS Group marketing team studied various solutions and found that Signitic was distinguished by its versatility.
The platform offers a range of marketing campaign options that are perfectly adapted to the needs of EQS Group.

The fact that Signitic or a German provider whose data centers are hosted in the EU also motivated the company to choose this solution.

The result

The EQS Group was able to launch its first banner campaigns in a very short time.
The integration process went off without a hitch and “the team Signitic showed incredible patience in helping us create the email banner templates until all of our requirements were met,” explains Rössler.

The team now runs email signature campaigns for a variety of purposes, including:

  • event teasers to advertise upcoming conferences,
  • lead generation,
  • the promotion of the employer brand image.

“We like to promote our new white papers, case studies, or social media.
We also want to include employee quotes in our email banners to help our HR team find new talent.”

“In essence, we want to provide our colleagues with the best content so that they can share interesting and high-quality contributions with our customers, partners and potential new customers,” explains Rössler.

And the results were impressive.This event banner garnered over 567,000 impressions in six weeks. On social media, a similar campaign would cost around €3,200 to reach a similar number of impressions.

To achieve the same results on social networks, EQS Group would have had to invest approximately 4,500€ in this campaign.

This banner campaign generated 1,034 clicks over 12 weeks.
For comparison, on LinkedIn, businesses generally pay around €4.48 per click.

One of the benefits that the EQS Group marketing team values the most about the platform Signitic is the possibility of personalize each signature individually.

“We are a relatively large company and the fact that each market can have its own signature is great. Even within each market, we can create different subgroups and assign specific content to them,” explains Rössler.
