
Motul is a French industrial company that designs, develops and distributes lubricants for engines (two-wheelers, cars and other vehicles) for the consumer market (BtoC). The international group also develops cutting-edge products and expertise for the industry through its MotulTech (BtoB) activity.
Very soon after the creation of Signitic, the Motul teams adopted the synchronized email signature service to have a uniformity in the brand image conveyed to all the group's interlocutors.
With an important challenge: Motul being present in many countries, it needed a very simple tool with automated management and native integration with its messaging tools.
Since 2015, Motul has centralized the management of its email signatures with Signitic Cela for all its subsidiaries around the world. The initial deployment of email signatures was done on Google Workspace in an automated manner. The users were all using Gmail email.
Following a decision by the IT teams, all users switched to the Microsoft environment, and therefore to Outlook messaging on PC (and on Mac for some users).
Developed for numerous email and CRMs, Signitic allowed IT teams to switch between environments seamlessly for user email signatures.
