Challenges

  • Giving autonomy to business teams : The group used a fixed standardized signature model. The marketing teams had prepared, but were never able to deploy, their new signature template.
  • A two-level speech. Local, thanks to adequate segmentation by country/entity.
    And global, with campaigns that can be deployed on the signatures of all users from headquarters.

Centralized deployment, transparent for teams

Thanks to a native integration with the Google Workspace API, Signitic was deployed very easily and transparently for users: prior to deployment, everyone discovered their new signature. And was able to edit and validate it before deployment. On that day, the signatures were automatically deployed on Gmail for all 15 entities.

Mobile sync On iOS Gmail and Mail, users were also able to benefit from a synchronized email signature for their iPhones/iPads.
