Why use the Signitic integration with Outlook
Every employee email represents your company. Signitic gives you a shared presentation and control over signature content in Outlook. Changes to contact details or branding are prepared in Signitic, then applied through your chosen synchronisation method.

How the Signitic integration with Outlook works
In a compatible Microsoft 365 environment, your administrator deploys the Signitic add-in to selected users or groups. It then makes your signatures available in Outlook. The Signitic agent is another option for certain Outlook versions, depending on their requirements.
Microsoft deployment can take up to 72 hours before the add-in appears. Start with selected users or groups and extend its use afterwards, checking signatures on your workstations before a wider rollout.
How to activate it
The add-in requires a compatible Microsoft 365 environment. For versions that do not meet the requirements, check the Signitic agent options.
- Check your Outlook version’s requirements and connect your Microsoft 365 directory.
- Add the add-in from Signitic and have a Microsoft 365 global administrator deploy it.
- Choose users, accept permissions and activate the add-in when signatures are ready.

Outlook integration and the Microsoft directory: what is the difference?
The Microsoft 365 directory supplies profiles to Signitic. The Outlook add-in makes signatures available in the email application. These steps can be prepared separately: check your data and templates before enabling signatures for employees.
Here are two practical situations showing how this connection fits into your organisation.
Practical example 1: Prepare signatures for one department, then deploy the add-in to a pilot group. Check the result in the Outlook versions they use before extending the rollout.
Practical example 2: Your organisation uses several Outlook versions. Choose the add-in for compatible Microsoft 365 environments and check the agent requirements for other workstations.
