
Verche Karafiloska is the Product Marketing Manager at Cognism.
She is responsible for executing product launches, increasing product and feature adoption, and leading the company's sales and marketing teams.
She told us about the biggest challenges she faced when she started as a PM:
“I joined the Cognism marketing team as a product marketing manager at an exciting time.
First, our Product team was already beta testing our latest feature: the built-in dialer.
Second, the Marketing department had already started organizing webinars exclusive to our customers.
These webinars aimed to share the latest product news and show our current customers how to maximize the value of our platform.
The problem was that not all of our customers were on our mailing list.
So I had to find other channels to promote our new features.
The idea was to generate new leads and existing customers while increasing webinar registrations.”
