Attila is a French group made up of a network of agencies specialized in roof renovation. It now has more than 150 agencies spread across France, with 600 employees and various brands.

The agencies are both independent, with a highly appreciated approach and local expertise and benefit from the image of excellence conveyed by the Attila brand.

Since there were numerous direct email exchanges in monitoring the project with the customer, it was important to take care of the image conveyed, as well as the messages sent by each franchisee. So many reasons to switch to centralized management of email signatures with Signitic.

Challenges

Initial context: the IT team had deployed a fixed signature canvas to all users.

The limit: it could not be modified or used by marketing teams to punctually promote local events, fairs, awards awarded for group excellence, etc.

Solution

  • Upstream: Signitic has been synchronized with the company directory in order to generate all email signatures and to have an automatic update. Segmentation by agency has been implemented. Each of the collaborators was able to preview their new signature before installation.

  • Deployment monitoring: it was done automatically on Microsoft 365 and Outlook. For the Outlook desktop application, each employee was able to set up their new dynamic signature on PC or Mac. Administrators accurately monitored the level of installation and adoption.

  • Giving back control to business teams: The marketing team therefore turned to Signitic to dynamize this space and make it a communication channel on which they have control, and can deploy targeted communications, according to regions and agencies/collaborators without manual intervention on their part. An administrator can update the signatures of 120 employees in minutes, removing the technical constraints and errors associated with manual updates.
