As soon as Climedo signature updates were needed, the marketing team sent out internal emails to inform all employees.
In addition, departments increasingly requested personalized signatures based on their functions and services.
During our conversation with Catherine Higginson, she shared her thoughts on how Signitic streamlined signature management, allowing colleagues to more effectively personalize their signatures according to recipients.
What problem did you want to solve with Signitic?
Avant Signitic, we sent an internal email every month to let everyone know about the new signatures. It was very simple: address, logo, a link to our news (for example if we were mentioned in the press), and a call to action to “Subscribe to our newsletter”, but without images.
Our colleagues then had to copy and save it in their Gmail settings.
Most of the time, we only realized it by chance if someone didn't implement it or did it wrong. With the increase in the number of employees, this process was not particularly sustainable. Some forgot it and ended up with outdated links or addresses in their signatures, or incorrect formatting.
What does that mean for your daily work?
Coming up with new ideas, setting everything up manually, and letting everyone know was certainly time consuming. It was also important to know if all employees would actually update their signatures. In the end, it was an additional workload for everyone.
What has changed at Climedo since the introduction of Signitic?
The main advantage is that we can update all the signatures of all employees with a single click, without any intervention on their part.
We can launch new campaigns on a regular basis, for example during a new webinar or white paper, and track the most frequent clicks.
We benefit from the advantages of Signitic and guarantee that no one works with outdated signatures anymore. Employees can also decide for themselves whether they want to display an upcoming product banner or webinar, or if an employer brand banner is more appropriate and relevant to the recipient.
They have greater flexibility and can choose from different banners, and everyone finds Signitic very easy to use and intuitive.
We have banner campaigns for our latest webinars, white papers, products, and employer branding.
Most users use the webinar banner because it always shows the latest events. It is replaced with each new webinar.
Employer brand and product campaigns are more static unless the message is changed.
For example, our Customer Success team can customize some of their signature fields, which is very convenient. The team needs to be able to insert their meeting link so that customers can easily book a meeting. It is very practical to now be able to do everything themselves.
The same goes for the hours of absence. For customers, this is important information that they need to know in advance.
Our most successful campaigns are our webinars. Banners always include a call to action, date, and subject. This makes emails more relevant and highlights signatures.
Our best click-through rate to date was 2.14%.

"Signitic is very modern and easy to use, and its overall user interface is very appealing.
The customer service of Signitic I always respond very quickly when I write in the chat and there is always a solution.”
"Signitic was the ideal formula for us. We needed a tool to manage signatures more quickly and easily, create consistent and professional signatures, and promote our current marketing messages.
That is exactly what we got. Signitic saves us time, provides a clearer structure for everyone and is an additional marketing channel.”
“We can now offer different signatures for each service. As mentioned earlier, this is very helpful for our Customer Success team.
In addition, we can provide multiple banners and, when sending, only the most appropriate banner can be selected and inserted into the email.”
We can adjust all the signatures of all employees with a single click, without them having to do anything.
