Planity is a company that specializes in booking appointments online for hair salons and beauty salons. Since its inception, it has grown rapidly, requiring solutions to structure its internal operations, including managing employee email signatures.

It is in this context that Planity chose Signitic, to ensure the standardization of signatures and improve the user experience, both for employees and for their interlocutors.

Challenges

  • Optimize the integration of new employees : Planity regularly integrates between 10 and 15 new employees every month. The company wanted to reduce the time spent on these integrations while ensuring consistent email signatures from day one.

  • Standardize brand image : before using Signitic, email signatures varied from one service to another: non-harmonized formats, non-optimized images. Planity needed a solution to centralize and standardize this critical part of its communication.

  • Simplified management : the automatic update function has allowed the HR team to save considerable time when integrating new employees. The new signatures were ready on the first day of arrival.
