Customers can buy the exact quantity they want, reducing food waste and the use of plastic.

The “Day by Day” concept focuses on educating consumers in more environmentally friendly habits. Stores are often organized so that products are easily accessible in bulk vending machines, and customers bring their own containers or use reusable containers that are available in stores. It is an approach that is part of a larger trend towards responsible consumption and the reduction of waste in society.

Challenges
